AX3L is in prelaunch. These terms cover the prelaunch period — joining the founding list, founding-member purchases, and early access. They will be replaced by full terms at general launch, and founding members will be notified of any changes.

1. Who we are

AX3L ("AX3L by Mivo", "we", "us") is AI construction-operations software operated by Mivo. The platform is built by AltaPro AI, an Unconventional Group company, based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

2. The prelaunch offer

Joining the founding list is free and creates no obligation on either side.
The founding-member seat is a one-time purchase of CAD $1,000 that grants lifetime access to the AX3L Pro feature set for one business, subject to these terms. It is limited to ten (10) businesses.
"Lifetime" means for as long as AX3L is commercially offered. If AX3L is ever discontinued, founding members will receive at least 12 months' notice and a data export.
Founding purchases are refundable in full for 30 days after your onboarding session.

3. Your account and data

You're responsible for your login credentials and for the accuracy of the business data you put into AX3L.
Your business data belongs to you. We host it, isolate it per business, and don't sell it. You can request a full export at any time.
You may not use AX3L to break the law, to spam, or to attempt to access another business's data.

4. The AI agent

AX3L includes an AI agent that drafts documents, suggests actions, and — where you enable it — performs actions with your approval. AI output can be wrong. Client-facing actions are approval-gated by default, and you are responsible for reviewing quotes, invoices, contracts and messages before they go out. AX3L is software, not a licensed professional; nothing it produces is legal, accounting, or engineering advice.

5. Payments

Paid plans and founding seats are billed in Canadian dollars. Card payments are processed by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers. Applicable taxes (e.g. GST) are added at checkout.

6. Availability and changes

During prelaunch, features may change, and short maintenance windows may occur. We'll communicate meaningful changes to founding members directly.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AX3L and its builders are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
