Short version: on this prelaunch site we collect only the email you give us,
we use it only to talk to you about AX3L, and we don't sell it to anyone.
1. What we collect on this site
- Email address — when you request founding access, plus which form on the page you used and the time of signup.
- Basic technical data — standard web-server logs (IP, browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
- No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, no third-party pixels on this page.
2. How we use it
- To contact you about AX3L — your founding seat, a demo, and launch updates.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their marketing.
- Every email we send includes a way to opt out; one reply saying "stop" also works.
3. Where it lives
Signups are stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and, once launched, in AX3L's own systems hosted in North America. Access is limited to the AX3L/Mivo team.
4. Inside the AX3L product
When your business uses AX3L, the data you enter (jobs, clients, quotes, invoices, crew) is isolated per business — enforced at the data layer, not by convention. AI features process your data to draft and suggest work for your business only; your data is never used to train models for anyone else, and no other customer can see it.
5. Your rights
- Ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — at any time.
- Founding-list deletion requests are honoured within 7 days.
- We comply with Canada's PIPEDA and Alberta's PIPA.
